Lima uses a small number of cookies. None of them are advertising cookies, and none of them follow you around the internet.

Strictly necessary
These keep the product working. They cannot be turned off, because without them you cannot stay signed in.
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in between page loads. Expires when your session ends or you log out.
- Refresh token — lets you stay signed in across visits without re-entering your password.
- CSRF token — protects your account from cross-site request forgery.
Preferences
These remember choices you have made so the app looks the way you left it — the workspace you had open, sidebar state, and similar. Clearing them resets the interface but loses no data.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which features get used and where people get stuck. These measurements are not tied to your identity, are not sold, and are not shared with advertisers.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No data brokers or audience-selling networks.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from being able to sign in. Blocking preference or analytics cookies is entirely safe — the product will still work.
